In Ramadan of 2022, we launched this orphanage program to house 20+ orphans under the care of one of the IDP Imams – Imam Emran Dawood. Construction has begun and we are looking forward to having a fully furnished orphanage in sha Allah. With your generous support, we can ensure these children have a permanent place to call home, access to food and drink without worry, and education for a better future.

Meet Sheikh Emran Dawood, an esteemed Imam within the folds of the IDP. His remarkable journey is one of dedication and compassion, as he and his wife selflessly oversee the well-being of 17 vulnerable orphans who lack a permanent home. His dream of establishing an orphanage in Malawi is becoming a reality with IDP and your generous support. A fully furnished and operational orphanage; not only providing the necessities of shelter, food and drink, but also, fostering an Islamic upbringing and education for a better future.
